Toughened Safety Glass

The toughening process dramatically increases the strength of glass by up to five times the equivalent thickness in annealed glass. In the event of breakage toughened safety glass fragments into small generally blunt pieces providing reduced risk of injury, all our toughened safety glass is in accordance with BS EN 12150 Glass in Building.

Laminated Safety Glass

For increased safety and security laminated glass is a popular choice, the laminating process involves the bonding of panes of glass together using either EVA (Ethyl Vinyl Acetate) or PVB (Polyvinyl Butyral) interlayers to provide increased strength, sound insulation and functionality.

Fire Rated Glass

We can supply a range of fire-resistant glass types offering increasing
levels of protection, which is measured in defined time periods 30, 60, 90, 120 and 180
minutes as designated by the European Standards.
A selection of clear or wired glass is available for every fire situation.
